Reiki and Bodywork
What I am offering
With 13 years of experience in energy and bodywork, I have dedicated myself to exploring both the physical and non-physical through continuous learning, workshops, and earth-based ceremonies.
I offer distance energy sessions live via zoom.
You can choose which session works best for you. If you would like to have an hour long session, we spend around 20 to 25 min doing a check in, grounding and connection, then the remainder of the time will be spent in energy work, which could look like clearing and balancing energies, or reiki massage, etc.
I offer shorter 30 to 40 min sessions, if you would just like to connect and receive without too much verbal communication.
For distance and in person energy sessions, I choose to work with Reiki.
I have full trust in the rules, and structure of Reiki.
Reiki can act like a filter or "bodyguard" for me; other energies cant come in if they are not in alignment with the intention of the session or without getting permission from myself and client before coming in.
They have to knock before entering vs barging in unannounced. :)

I have been working with reiki since 2017. I have my Level 3 attunement and I am of Master Mikao Usui lineage. I received all attunements with Dailey Little.

Ways of understanding Reiki & energy work
Reiki practitioners act as channels, assisting individuals in reconnecting with their true vibrations and finding balance in both body and mind. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's easy to drift away our authentic selves, leading to emotional and physical imbalances.
Reiki provides clarity, and offers a transition to feeling & embodying unconditional love, allowing us to release energies that no longer serve us.

​ In our modern world, we readily embrace wireless technology, depending on it to link us through sound, visuals, and information. However, when it comes to individuals transmitting energy doubt often surfaces.
More need to recognize that our bodies have always acted as natural conduits, harmonizing with the earth and universal energies.
Now is the time to have faith in our inner capabilities and reconnect with natural frequencies.

I've been regularly attending traditional purification Lodges since 2012

Workshops with Pathways Institute in 2012 PMI &PMI advanced and
Heart Initiation in 2013
Pathways workshops were the beginning/reintroduction of practicing conscious energy work, which initially started in my adolescence.
2016: 60 hour course on horse massage
applied and practiced today.
I am fortunate to be able to care for and exercise retired horses in Petaluma
2017: Started reiki classes. Received Master attunement Sept 2018
2021 & 2022: Starting ft education in Ayurveda. I received 1400+ hours of education.
(non-cert) Education applies to how I read and break down understanding balances and imbalances in elements. Subtle and physical.
2021-2022: additional 9.5 CEUs of Anatomy and Physiology, online through Corexel
In addition to the bulk of areas mentioned above. Over the past 13 years Ive attended various workshops and ceremonies that have assisted in understanding metaphysics
